Ingredients For Aloo Bhaji Recipe :

2 kg Boiled Potatoes.
4 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
4-5 Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger.
1/2 tsp Asafoetida.
1 tsp Coriander Powder.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
1 tsp Mustard seeds.
20 Curry Leaves.
5 Bay leaves.
1 tbsp Sugar.
1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
Salt According to taste.
Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.

Procedure for Making Aloo Bhaji Recipe :

STEP 1.
First of all heat oil when it gets heated add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped ginger, now add asafoetida, some curry leaves, bay leaves and cook it little.

Now add boiled potatoes, sugar, turmeric powder, tomatoes and green chillies and mix all the ingredients very well.
