Ingredients for Aloo Bhakarwadi:
For Outer Layer:
1 Cup Wheat Flour.
2 tbsp Oil.
1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt to Taste.
For Stuffing:
2 Large boiled and Mashed Potatoes.
½ Cup Salted Peanut Powder.
Some Coriander Leaves.
1 tsp Lemon Juice.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
1 tbsp Chilli and Ginger Paste.
Oil for Deep Frying.
How to Make Aloo Bhakarwadi:
Step 1.
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and oil, mix all the ingredients very well and make dough like puri.
Add little water in between and make the dough little bit stiff, our outer layer is ready. keep it a side.

Step 2.
In another mixing bowl put the boiled and mashed potatoes then add salted peanut powder, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garam masala, chilli and ginger paste, mix all the things very well.

Add coriander leaves again mix it well, now the stuffing is also ready.

Step 3.
Switch the gas on and heat oil for deep frying, now take little dough and roll it little, coat the wheat flour then again roll it bigger than a chapatti.

Step 4.
Apply lemon juice on it so the stuffing will stick properly, now put little potato stuffing on it and spread it, make a thin layer of stuffing, now fold the chapatti from all the four sides one by one.

Step 5.
Cut the Bhakarwadi in small pieces then press all the pieces from one side.
Put all the Bhakarwadi one by one in oil for deep frying (Make sure that oil should not very hot), after two minutes turn the side.

Step 6.
Fry the Bhakarwadi for 7-8 minutes or until turn it into golden brown then take it take out.
Now the delicious aloo Bhakarwadi is ready to serve, serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
