Ingredients for Aloo Matar.
3 Medium Size Boiled and Copped Potatoes.
1 tbsp Garlic Paste.
1 tbsp Ginger Paste.
150 gms Green Peas.
3 Medium Size Finely Copped Onions.
3 Medium Size Copped Tomatoes.
1 Chopped Green Chili.
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Garam Masala or Kitchen King Masala.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
3 tbsp Oil.
Some freshly chopped coriander leaves
Salt.

How to Make Dhabba Style Alu Mutter.

Step 1.

Heat Oil, when it gets heated add Cumin seeds, when it became brown Put Garlic and ginger paste. Cook it for 30 seconds.

Add Chopped onions and cook it until it became light golden brown.

Then put Tomatoes and green chillies in it. Cook it for one minute.

Now add Spices one by one Turmeric powder, Red Chili Powder, Sugar, Salt and Cook it for a minute.

Now add Green Peas or Matar in it, stir it well and add Garam Masala.

Now add around 2 glass of water ( Add more if you want to make more gravy), cook it for few minutes.

Now add Boiled Potatoes in it and again cook it until your gravy became nice and thick.

When oil started separating add chopped coriander leaves and turn the heat off.
