Aloo sev is a very common and oftenly cooked Indian snacks recipe which is really very delicious in taste. It is also known as aloo bhujiya sev or aloo bhujia sev. Ingredients for Aloo Sev:

1 tbsp Boiled Potato.
150-200 gm Gram Flour.
1 tsp Chaat Masala.
¼ tsp Rock Salt or Halite.
Salt as per taste.
3 tbsp Water.
2 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Frying.

How to Make Aloo Sev:

Step 1.

First of all peel and cut boiled potato and put in a mixer blender jar then add in oil and water and blend it and make paste of it and take out in a bowl.

Step 2.

Now add in salt, chaat masala, rock salt and whip the mixture well then add in gram flour and knead dough from it.

Step 3.

Now take a sev mould and put thin wholes net in it then fill the mould with dough, heat oil in kadai.

Step 4.

Now make sev and fry in medium hot oil till become cooked nicely keep stirring it so it can be cooked nicely then take out in a plate and sprinkle some chaat masala and serve.
