For Banana Cooler Smoothy you will need 1 Glass of Milk, 1 tbsp of Sugar, you should add Sugar accourding to your taste if you are cooking this for Diabitic or other Patient then you can avoid the Sugar at all, 1 Banana Chopped Banana.
First a fall put milk into the Jar, 1 Glass of Milk it is enough for 1 person, you can also use Ice-cubes in this but I have Chilled Milk so I don’t need Ice-cubes but you can add if you want to make more Cold and Chilled, now I am going to blend it and make Smoothy and Creamy from it.
