Banana rolls is a very delicious and healthy sweet recipe which will definitely make you mouthwatering. This is a very unique sweet dish and taste really very yum and delicious. Mainly it is prepared from all purpose flour or maida in hindi, ripe bananas and some other spices and ingredients. For making this rolls the stuffing and the outer layer both are prepared separately then stuffed and fried in moderate hot oil and garnished with honey, almonds and cashews.

All the required ingredients to make this Indian dessert recipe are very simple and commonly available in grocery shops and markets. And it just requires very few ingredients to prepare is well. Ingredients for Banana Rolls:

Ingredients for All Purpose Flour Thin Sheet:

½ Cup All Purpose Flour.
1 tsp Desi Ghee.
Water as per required.
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour to Sprinkle.
3-4 tbsp All Purpose Flour Slurry.

Ingredients for Stuffing:

4 Ripe Bananas.
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar and Cinnamon Mixture.
Oil for frying.

Ingredients for Garnishing:

2 tsp Honey.
1 tsp Cashew Nuts.
1 tsp Almonds.

How to Make Banana Rolls:

Step 1.

First of all for making thing fellow sheet take all purpose flour in a bowl then add in ghee and mix well with flour.

Step 2.

Now add in water as per required and make nice dough from it then keep dough aside covered for 5 minutes to set.

Step 3.

After 5 minutes make small balls from dough, take one dough ball and roll it little like a roti and keep aside, now take another dough ball and make small roti from it also.

Step 4.

Now apply about 1 tsp of oil on first roti then sprinkle some all purpose flour, now apply oil on second roti and put on first roti and roll it and make thin roti.

Step 5.

Now cut the roti in square shape and cook half on a non stick tawa then take out in a plate and immediately separate both the thin rotis which stuck before roasting.
Make all the thin fellow sheets this way.

Step 6.

Now take banana and cut it into two parts then put powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture between two parts of banana and stick them again, make all the bananas ready this way.

Step 7.

Now take a fellow sheet and apply all purpose flour slurry at the edges then put banana at one end and make roll by joining other ends same as of doing in spring rolls.

Step 8.

Now heat oil in a kadai then fry the rolls one by one till become light golden brown and take out in a plate.
Now put the rolls in a serving plate then put honey on them and finally garnish with some chopped almonds and cashew nuts and serve.
