Basil Pesto Recipe.

                            Basil pesto is nothing but chutney based recipes which can be taken with whatever you want. Especially it goes well with snacks. It’s a extra ordinary flavor which is given to snack as well as healthy. This easy to make Indian chutney can be made in very few times and it will give some different taste to your taste buds as well.

                            Chutney is a best companion for a snack, so it can be taken into picnic or tour also. All ingredients used in this chutney are green chilies, cloves, basil leaves etc…. and all are very easily available in every kitchen which is a best thing about this dish. For making this basil pesto, you will not need of fire. So, we can also call it no fire recipe.              

                         This classy pesto has lots of carbohydrates and protein considering other pestos. Usually, we use basil in cooked recipe and add at last moment. But here, I’m taking basil as a key ingredient of pesto. So it will goanna very healthy and different to taste.  It can also be served with snacks as a side dish or served in any parties or festive. so lets start making.

Ingredients for Basil Pesto:

4 Cups Stems Removed Fresh Basil Leaves.
¾ Cup Cashews.
2 Chopped Green Chillies.
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves.
½ Cup Olive Oil.
Salt and Pepper as per taste.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Lemon Juice.

How to Make Basil Pesto:

Step 1.

First of all put all the ingredients in a big mixer blender jar and grind it to make smooth paste.

Step 2.

Now add 2-4 tbsp water to fully combine, taste it then add salt and pepper as per taste and enjoy healthy and delicious basil pesto.
