Best Paneer Butter Masala Recipe.
I was working very hard for some recent year to make Best Paneer Butter Masala Gravy. Finally I got a Quick and Easy Red Gravy Recipe which gives the same Restaurant Like taste. Paneer Recipe are very important in North Indian Cuisine. Most of the North Indian Curries are cooked with basic Red Gravy.

Ingredients for Best Paneer Butter Masala :
200 gm Paneer Cubes.
500 gm Roughly Chopped Onions.
1 Medium size Finely Chopped Onion.
1 Medium size Finely Chopped Tomato.
500 gm Roughly Chopped Tomatoes.
2 tbsp Butter.
3 tbsp Oil.
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
1 tbsp Garlic and Ginger Paste.
½ tsp Sugar.
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala.
Salt to taste.
Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Water.
How to Make Quick Gravy for Best Paneer Butter Masala.
Step-1.
Heat 2 tbsp Oil, when it gets heated add 500 roughly chopped Onions. Cook it for few minutes.

When Onion became light brown add 500 gems roughly chopped tomatoes. Stir it very well.

Now add ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, Salt to taste and Sugar.
Mix it nicely and again cook it for few minutes.
When your tomatoes became soft turn the heat of and cool it down.
Now in a Juicer Jar add your Gravy and put some water in a pan so we don’t lose any flavors.
Blend it to make a nice and creamy gravy ( Don’t over blend it).

Step-2.
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add Garlic and Ginger paste. Cook it for 20-30 seconds.
Then Add onion in it and cook it until light golden brown, now add finely chopped tomatoes in it and cook it for 1 minute.

Now add Pinch of Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder and salt to taste. Cook it again for a minute.
Turn the heat of and keep it aside.

Step-3.
Heat 1 tsp Oil with 2 tbsp Butter.

Add our simple curry cooked in Step-2, mix it nicely and add Red Chili powder, ½ tsp kitchen king Masala and salt to taste.

Now add our Gravy in it and stir it well. Cook it for 2 minutes after adding ½ glass of water.

Now add Paneer Cubes, ½ tsp Kitchen King Masala and cook it until butter start separating from gravy.
Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and Serve it with Garlic Naan or Paratha.
