Chinese Noodles Cutlet Recipe.

Chinese noodles cutlet is one of the innovative kind of chinese flavored starter recipe. It is mainly prepared from some vegetables, bread crums, noodles and some spices. Cutlets are the one snacks that every one love to have and can be served as starter or side dish or as a tea time snack. Usually vegetarians prepare cutlets from vegetables and non vegetarians from chicken and mutton but for making it different we added noodles in addition with veggies and it comes out really very tasty and delicious.

This quick chinese noodles cutlets goes good with tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce but you can also serve it with any chutney of your choice. Ingredients for Chinese Noodles Cutlet:

½ Cup Boiled Noodles.
2 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrots.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
1 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
1 tbsp Dry Bread Crums.
3-4 tbsp Corn Flour.
Salt according to taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Deep Frying.

How to Make Chinese Noodles Cutlet:

Step 1.

First of all heat 1 tbsp oil in nonstick pan, in hot oil add in onions, carrots and capsicum, all the veggies for 2 minutes at medium heat.
Now add in ginger chilli paste and salt, cook it for another 1 minute then take out in a bowl and keep aside.

Step 2.

Now in bowl add in boiled potatoes and salt and mix well then add in dry bread crums, boiled noodles, coriander and again mix it well.

Step 3.

Make small cutlets from the potato mixture of equal size and shape, now put 2 tbsp corn flour in a plate then put the cutlet on flour so they get coated nicely.

Step 4. 

Now add in 2 tbsp corn flour in a small bowl then add in little water and make slurry of it, slurry should be little thin in consistency, now dip the cutlets in slurry and put in oil.

Step 5.

Fry the noodles cutlet till become light golden brown then take out in plate and serve with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
