Ingredients for Chinese Samosa:

1 Cup Binded All Purpose Flour.
½ Cup Boiled Noodles.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic and Ginger.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
½ tsp Ajinomoto.
½ tsp Orange Food Colour.
1 tsp Soya Sauce.
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce.
1 tsp Vinegar.
2 tbsp Oil.
Salt According to taste.
Oil for Deep Frying.

How to Make Chinese Samosa:

Step 1.

First of all heat oil in a nonstick pan, add garlic and ginger and saute them at high heat for little time.
Now add finely chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion and ajinomoto, mix all the things well and cook at high heat for little time.

Step 2.

Now add boiled noodles, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, orange food colour and cook it for 5 minutes at high heat.
Now turn the heat off and take out the mixture in plate and let it cook for few minutes.

Step 3.

Now take binded flour and roll it like a roti, now cut it into long strips, take two strips and make (+) from them and put the veggies stuffing at centre.
Now combine all the four ends of the strips together, press it little, make all the samosas similarly.

Step 4.

Heat oil in pan for deep frying, when oil gets heated put samosas in it and fry till get nice golden brown.
Take out samosas in a plate and serve with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy.
