110 gms Powdered Sugar
120 gms Butter

50 gms of Whipping Cream Powder
50 ml Milk

Ingredients

  • 100 gms of Self Raising Flour or Maida.
  • 110 gms Powdered Sugar.
  • 100 gms Butter.
  • Pinch of Salt.
  • Chocolate Chips.
  • 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder.
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder.
  • 50 gms of Whipping Cream Powder.
  • 50 ml Milk.

Instructions

  • First of all Pre-heat the Oven at 180 Degree Celsius.
  • In a big bowl add Self raising Flour or Maida, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Pinch of Salt, Baking Powder and Stir all the things very well.
  • Now in this add 100 gms Butter, Unsalted Butter, now mix all the things very gentally and then mix it little bit High Speed, now add 1/2 of Chocolate Chips in it, now our mixture is ready.
  • Now fill the Cups with Mixture around 75%.
  • Now Oven is ready so now it is the time to bake it for 20-25 mins at 180 Degree Celsius, Check this after 20 mins.
  • After 25 mins beautiful Cupcakes are ready.
  • Take a big Mixing Bowl in this add the Whipping Cream Powder, Cocoa Powder and Milk, mix all the things very well.
  • Start Blender or Mixture and Whipp it for 4-5 mins or until you get your desire consistency level, now it is ready so stop the blending.
  • Fill the Piping Bag with Whipp Cream, go to the Bottom so you will don't have any Air Bubble, Wrap it tightly so you can make very good Decoration.
  • Now Decorate the Cupcake and garnish it with some Chocó Chips.

 

Hello Friend’s welcome to the World’s First Youtube cooking show from a Village, I am Nikunj Vasoya and today I am going to show you very Simple, Easy and Delicious Chocolate Cupcake Recipe, it is really very easy recipe and absolutely perfect and I am sure that definitely you’ll going to like this so let’s take a look at Ingredients one by one.
For Chocolate Cupcake recipe Here I have 100 gms of Self Raising Flour or Maida, 110 gms Powdered Sugar, 100 gms Butter, Pinch of Salt, Chocolate Chips, around 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder, 1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder, for Whipping Cream we are going to use Dry form of Cream Powder, I am going to use 50 gms of Whipping Cream Powder and 50 ml Milk.
In the Tools and Equipments, we are going to need 1 big Spoon, Mixing Bowl, we are also going to need Tip that we want to need any kind of Tip that you have, 6 Mould Cupcake Tray and some Disposable Cups, Hand Mixer and Piping Bag.
In the Village it is not easy to find Heavy Cream but instead of that I am going to use this Baker’s Village Whipping Cream Powder, so it is really very good and I like it very much because you can store it in a Freeze and use on the later Days so it is really very good, you can use as much Cream as you need by adding water or Milk, so it is a really very good option and you don’t even need to add Sugar or Vanilla Essence, it has already contains everything you just have to add Milk or water and just Whip it.
First a fall Pre-heat the Oven at 180 Degree Celsius, First a fall add Self raising Flour or Maida, now add the Sugar, now I am going to add Cocoa Powder, Pinch of Salt, Baking Powder, Stir these all the things very well, now in this add 100 gms Butter, Unsalted Butter, here in the Village it is advantage we get Home Made Butter everyday it is Fresh, now mix all the things very well very Genially then we are going to mix it little bit a High Speed, see now it is coming out nicely, when Sugar starts melting and Butter starts melting it will give you perfect consistency as you need, now I am going to add 1/2 of Chocolate Chips, I am going to save some for the Garnishing or Decorating. See now it is Looking perfect.
So now we are going to fill our Cups, we are going to fill our Cups 75%, now our Oven get heated, now we are going to bake it for 20-25 mins at 180 Degree Celsius, I am going to Check this after 20 mins but the standard time Varies from Mixture to Mixture so you have to be Careful and you have to check after 20 mins.
Now it is looking ready so now I am going to stop the Oven, let it cool down for 5-7 mins meanwhile we are going to make Whip Cream, first a fall add the Whipping Cream Powder, now in this add Cocoa Powder and Milk, now mix all the things very well, now I am going to start Blender or Mixture and we are going to whip it for 4-5 mins or until you get your desire consistency level, this is ready now I am going to stop the blending, see it is looking very beautiful and perfect, see the consistency, it is really very good and perfect cream.
Now I am going to fill the Piping Bag, go to the Bottom so you will don’t have any Air Bubble, Wrap it tightly so you can make very good Decoration, you can test right here, it is very good and perfect, First start from Centre and then go towards the edges and again come inside and fill the Centre, see very nice and Beautiful, now garnish it with some Chocó Chips.
