                           Chocopie with dates is another interesting recipe made from dates and look absolutely delicious. It’s a simple dates and biscuits based recipe layered into small round chocopie.  You can serve this type of desert recipe as a starter to your guests and also to your children and family members. It is very easy to make and require very less time. it is very similar to kajurpak which is known by so many names in India whereas in this recipe I have used biscuits for enhancement of flavor.

                         All the dates’ lovers will surely like this Indian chocopie desert. All the required ingredients for this chocopie are dates, biscuits, coco powder, sugar and milk. You can serve it at any special occasions, any festive seasons and birthday parties. Kids will definitely love this Indian one and it is one of the best ways to make this dish serve in lunchbox. Ingredients for Chocopie With Dates:

250 gram Dates.
6 Marie Gold Biscuits.
1 tsp Coco Powder.
1 tsp Sugar.
2 tsp Milk.
1 tsp Ghee.
3 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream.

How to Make Chocopie With Dates:

Step 1.

First of all remove the seeds of dates and put in mixture jar, crush them little and take out in a plate.

Step 2.

Heat ghee in a non stick pan then put crushed dates cook it for 10-12 minutes at medium low heat along with milk and sugar.

Step 3.

After 12 minutes add coco powder and cook the mixture till it become thick and releases ghee then take out in a plate and let it cool.

Step 4.

Now take a plastic sheet and put little dates mixture and make small puris from entire mixture.
Now take one puri and put one marie gold biscuit on it then put another puri on it, now again put one biscuit on it then puri, make a layer by putting 3 puris and 3 biscuits, do this with entire mixture.

Step 5.

Now put the puri biscuits in fridge for 10-15 minutes, now cut all the puris in long strips.
Now put the strips in small bowls then fill with ice cream scoops and serve.
