Mainly this quick chole chana chaat is prepared from white chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, chillies and some other spices and chutneys. Taste of this fast food dish is really very yum little sweet, sour, tangy and spicy. You can add more or less chillies as per your taste and we did not add potatoes but if you like then you can add. Ingredients for Chole Chana Chaat:

1 Cup Cooked White Chickpeas or Chole Chana.
1 Finely Chopped Onion.
1 Finely Chopped Tomato.
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies.
1 tbsp Masala Peanuts.
3 tbsp Chivda.
2-3 tbsp Besan Sev.
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves.
1 tsp Chaat Masala.
1 tbsp Green Chutney.
1 tbsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney.
1 tsp Garlic Chutney.
1 tbsp Sweet Curd.

How to Make Chole Chana Chaat:

Step 1.

First of all soak the white chickpeas in water for 12 hours then cook them in pressure cooker along with salt as per taste and let them cool for few minutes.

Step 2.

Now put chole chana in big bowl then add in finely chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, green chutney, garlic chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney, sweet curd and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3.

Now add in masala peanuts, chivda and again mix well, now put some besan sev, sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 4.

Now put the chole chane chaat in a serving plate and put some green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney, garlic chutney, besan sev, chopped onions, masala peanuts, sweet curd and finally sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
