Ingredients for Crispy Potato Fry on Tawa:

1 Big Potato.
½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
2+2 tbsp Rice Flour and Sooji or Semolina.
Salt to Taste.

How to Make Crispy Potato Fry on Tawa:

Step 1.

First of all wash and cut potatoes in thick slices, take slices of potato, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice in a mixing bowl and marinate it well.

Step 2.

Now mix semolina and rice flour well in another plate then coat the marinated potato slices in rice and semolina flour mixture.

Step 3.

Heat tawa or griddle, put the slices on it then put oil at sides of all slices and shallow fry the till it gets nice golden brown colour both sides. (it will take about 5-8 minutes)

Step 4.

Take out the crispy and tasty potato fry in a serving plate and serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney and salad.
