Ingredients for Dahi ke Kabab:

100 gm Hung Curd.
3 tbsp Corn Flour.
1 Finely Chopped Onion.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 tbsp Bread Crums.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
Salt according to taste.
1/8 tsp Garam Masala.
Oil for Shallow Frying Kababs.

How to Make Dahi ke Kabab:

Step 1.

First of all take hung curd in a bowl, make sure that there should be no water in curd, add in salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and finely chopped onions.

Step 2.

Now heat 1 tsp oil in tadka pan then add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute for few seconds then add tadka to curd mixture and mix well.

Step 3.

Now add in bread crums so water release due to salt will be absorbed and it will be easy to bind, now make small tikkis or kababs from the entire mixture.

Step 4.

Now roll all the kababs on corn flour and apply corn flour to all sides of kababs nicely, now heat oil in non stick pan and shallow fry the kababs.

Step 5.

Shallow fry kababs both the sides well till become nice light golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve with raw onion, lemon and coriander chutney.
