Heat 1-2 tsp oil, when it gets heated add butter, when butter get melted add cumin seeds, when it changes its colour add chopped garlic and ginger in it and stir it very well.

Now put onions in it and cook it until it becomes golden brown, now in this add tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt and mix it nicely.
