Dal Toast Recipe | Quick Indian Snack.

                               With a unique flavor of snack, we present you to an amazing, crunchy snack which is called dal toast. It’s very easy to make dish as well as it takes little time to appetite your hunger. This easy to make dal toast is an innovative idea which I shares to you. You can make this spicy, tangy and sweet combination of toast by some few ingredients like green lentils, toast, onion and some chutney. All these ingredients are very commonly available at any market or grocery stores.

                                    With this simple ingredients, you can make it anytime, anywhere whether in picnic, tour or for after school snack. Even you can also reuse the chutneys that you have made before a day for some other dish.  Another special thing about this dish is that, you will not need of fire, that’s why you can also call this recipe as ‘no fire recipe’. Ingredients for Dal Toast:

½ Cup Split Green Gram Lentil.
7-8 Toasts.
2-3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
2-3 tbsp Besan Sev.
2-3 tbsp Green Chutney.
2-3 tbsp Jaggery and Tamarind Chutney.
2-3 tbsp Red Chilli Chutney
1-2 Green Chillies.
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
Salt According to taste.
2-3 tbsp Coriander Leaves.

How to Make Dal Toast:

Step 1.

Wash the green gram lentil in running water properly, then put it in a pressure cooker along with salt and water, add little more water as we need dal liquidly.
Cook dal at medium low heat for few minutes then take it out in a bowl.

Step 2.

Now put toast in plate, put little dal on toast then put green chutney, jaggery and tamarind chutney and red chilli chutney and spread evenly.

Step 3.

Now put some chopped onions on it then sprinkle some chaat masala, now put some besan sev on it and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
