150 Grams Dates.
1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
1 tbasp Garlic & Ginger Paste.(Optional).
1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
Some Finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Salt to Taste.

How To Cook The khajur ki Chutney.
Remove the Seeds from Dates.
Heat one Glass Water in to the Pan.
When Water started bubbling add Dates.
Cook it till the 80% Water dry out.
Turn the heat off.
Now add 1/2 Glass of Cold Water.
Add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Blend it into the Food Processor.Garlic and Ginger past is optional.
Now add the Fresh Coriander Leaves.

- 150 Grams Dates.
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
- 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder.
- Some Finely chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.
- Salt to Taste.
- Remove the Seeds from Dates.
- Heat one Glass Water in to the Pan.

- Cover it.
- Cook it till the Water dry out.
- Turn the heat off.
- Now add 1/2 Glass of Cold Water.
- Add Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Salt and Blend it into the Food Processor.

You can also add Garlic & Ginger paste in it to enhance the taste.
