Ingredients for Easy Kadai Paneer Recipe:
200 gm Paneer Cubes.
1 Large Size Green Capsicum (Cut in cube size).
1 Medium Size Yellow Capsicum. (Optional).
4 Medium Size Chopped Tomatoes.
1 Inch Chopped Ginger.
½ tsp Cumin Seeds.
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
3 tsp Secret Masala.
Salt to taste.
2 Tbsp Oil.

How to Cook Easy Kadai Paneer Recipe:
Step 1.
For secret masala dry roast 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds, 7-8 black pepper corns and 2 whole red chillies for just 1-2 minutes.
Make powder by blending the roasted spices in a mixer blender and the secret masala is ready.

Step 2.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, when it gets heated add cumin seeds in it and cook it little.

Step 3.
When cumin seeds started slathering add red chilli powder, tomatoes and salt in it and cover it and cook it until tomatoes are three fourth cooked.

Step 4.
Now add 2 tsp secret masala and mix it well.
Now add capsicum, ginger and paneer in it and mix all the things very well.

Step 5.
Again add 1 tsp secret masala and cover it and cook it for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes give it a check if there is excess water then evaporate it (don’t cook paneer for long as it will become hard).

Step 6.
Now turn the heat off and serve the delicious kadai paneer with Roti, Paratha or Naan whichever you like.
