200 Grams French Fries.
100 Grams Onion Puree.
1 Cup Tomato Puree.
2 Tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste.
2 Tsp Sugar.
5 Tsp Oil.
5 Cardamoms.
2 Chopped Green Chilies.
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
2 Whole Red Chilies.
1 Tsp Coriander Powder.
1 Tsp Punjabi Garam Masala.
Half Lemon.
Some Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves.
Salt to Taste.

Ingredients

  • 200 Grams French Fries.
  • 100 Grams Onion Puree.
  • 1 Cup Tomato Puree.
  • 2 Tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste.
  • 2 Tsp Sugar.
  • 5 Tsp Oil.
  • 5 Cardamoms.
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilies.
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 2 Whole Red Chilies.
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Punjabi Garam Masala.
  • Half Lemon.
  • Some Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.

Instructions

  • First a fall heat Oil in a Pan when oil get heated then add Cardamoms, 2 Red Chilies, Garlic and Ginger Paste and keep Stiring it so it don't get burnt.
  • Now add the Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder and then add the Onion Puree, Mix this well and keep stiring it every now and then so it don't get stick to the bottom.
  • Now add salt, Sugar, Chili Powder and Coriander Powder, Mix this well and keep stiring it for 20-30 seconds on a very high heat and Immediatly add the Tomato Puree.
  • Now Gravy became Nice, Thick and Consistence So add Punjabi Garam Masala and Squeeze few drops of Lemon in it.
  • Now Gravy is ready So add French Fries and turn the heat off and Garnish it with some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
