Ingredients for Gajar ka Halwa With Caramel Rabri:

Ingredients for Halwa:

250 gm Grated Carrot.
50 gm Sugar.
100 gm Milk.
50 gm Ghee.
1 tsp Home Made Cream.
5-6 Chopped Almonds.

Caramel for Rabri:

500 gm Milk.
2 tbsp Sugar for Milk.
1 tsp Sugar.

How to Make Gajar ka Halwa With Caramel Rabri:

Step 1.

First of all grate carrot, now heat ghee in pan, add in carrot and cook at lower heat for 5 minutes.
Now add in milk and cream, cover and cook it for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes when mixture leaves ghee add in sugar and cook it till it dissolves, when smell comes out from it turn the heat off add in chopped almonds and let it cool for few minutes.

Step 2.

For making caramel rabri take a non stick pan add in 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp water and heat it at lower flame till it caramelize, when it caramelize add in little more water and let the caramel melt, now add in milk.

Step 3.

Now cook the milk till it become half means 250 gm, in between take the upper layer of rabri aside so rabri will be flowery.

Step 4.

Now turn the heat off and take out the rabri a bowl, now take a short glass first put some gajar halwa then caramel rabri and serve.

Notes

You can serve it hot or cold as you like.
Cook the halwa at lower heat otherwise it will burn and may remain raw.
