Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
4-5 Medium Size Green Chillies.
Around 25 gm Salty Pea Nuts.
1/2 tsp of Salt.
2 tsp of Sugar.
1 Lemon.
1/2 Inch Ginger.
Little bit of Water.

Some Garlic.

Ingredients

  • Some Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  • 4-5 Medium Size Green Chillies.
  • Around 25 gm Salty Pea Nuts.
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt.
  • 2 tsp of Sugar.
  • 1 Lemon.
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger.
  • Little bit of Water.
  • Some Garlic.

Instructions

  • First a fall roughly Chopp the Coriander Leaves and put it into the Blender directly.
  • Remove the Stem of Greenb Chillies and roughly Chopp it, put it into the Blender.
  • Put the Pea Nuts, Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Water and Squeze the Lemon, now blend it and make the smooth Paste from it.

For Gujarati Style Green Chutney you will need some fresh Coriander Leaves, 4-5 Medium Size Green Chillies, Around 25 gm Salty Pea Nuts, 1/2 tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Sugar, 1 Lemon, 1/2 Inch Ginger, Little bit of Water and some Garlic.
