You have to make sure few things while making this cooking without fire recipe and they are wash them properly, remove all the seeds inside the gundas as they have sticky substance around them which makes pickle taste not good. Ingredients for Gunda Keri Pickle:

200 gm Gunda.
100 gm Raw Mango.
25 gm Split Fenugreek Seeds (Methi na Kuriya).
25 gm Split Mustard Seeds (Rai na Kuriya).
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Sugar.
1 tbsp Oil.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Turmeric Powder.

How to Make Gunda Keri Pickle:

Step 1.

First of all remove seeds from gunda and cut it into two parts. Make small cubes of mangoes.

Step 2.

In one bowl put chopped gunda and mango.
Put all the spices in and mix well.
