Ingredients for Hariyali Chole Curry:

For Hariyali Curry:

500 gm Finely Chopped Spinach.
50 gm Finely Chopped Onions.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger.
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt as per taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
1 tbsp Butter.

For Chole:

100 gm Cooked Chole with Salt.
1 Small Onion Cut in Triangle Shape.
1 Small Capsicum Cut in Triangle Shape.
Hariyali Gravy.
2 Cubes of Processed Cheese.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt as per taste.
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala.
1 tbsp Oil.
1 tbsp Butter.

How to Make Hariyali Chole Curry:

Step 1.

First of all for making gravy heat oil and butter in pan then add in ginger and garlic, saute both for little time.

Step 2.

Now add in onions and cook till become light golden brown then add in turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, spinach and cook it till spinach get cooked nicely.

Step 3.

After spinach get cooked turn the heat off and let it cool for few minutes then put the spinach mixture along with 1 tbsp water in mixer blender and blend to make gravy from it, so the Hariyali gravy is ready.

Step 4.

Now for making chole heat oil and butter in pan then add in cumin seeds and wait till starts crackling, now add in triangle cut onion and capsicum and saute for very little time.

Step 5.

Now add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt according to onions and capsicum and mix well then immediately add in Hariyali gravy then add in chole and mix well.

Step 6.

Now add in 1 cube of processed cheese and cover and cook it for 3-4 minutes, after 3-4 minutes give it a nice mix.

Step 7.

Now turn the heat off and take out the delicious restaurant style Hariyali chole curry in a serving plate and garnish with 1 cube of processed cheese and serve.
