For making this super delicious and crunchy cucumber tomato sandwich just apply butter on bread slice then put another bread slice on it and cut and grill in sandwich maker and serve. Ingredients for Healthy Sandwich:

4 Bread Slices.
1 Medium Cucumber.
2 Medium Tomatoes.
Some Butter.
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
Salt as per taste.

How to Make Healthy Sandwich:

Step 1.

First of all peel and chop the cucumber finely then chop the tomatoes finely also, remove the juicy and seeds part of tomatoes.

Step 2.

Now add salt and pepper powder in tomatoes and cucumber and mix well.

Step 3.

Now apply butter on all the bread slices only one side, take two slices of bread and put some tomatoes and cucumber then put other slice of bread on it, make sure that buttery part should be upside, do same with other bread slices.

Step 4.

Now cut both the sandwiches in two parts then put into sandwich maker and roast for about two minutes.

Step 5.

After 2 minutes take out the delicious cucumber tomato sandwich in a serving plate and enjoy with chutneys of your choice.
