Step-1.

Melt Sugar in Water and Make Chili Rings.

Step-2.

Heat Oil.

Step-3.

Add Mustard Seeds. When mustard seeds started popping add curry leave and Green Chili Rings.

Immediately add water in it.

Cook it for 2 minutes.
