Maharashtrian food: – A great variety is available in Maharashtrian food. Every region of Maharashtra is known for different spicy food. The spices used for the preparation of the food are red chili powder, cardamom, cumin, turmeric, cloves etc. It offers spicy, sweet and hot dishes.
