This quick Indian pan cake can be prepared for breakfast, lunch or dinner or tea time is well. You just don’t require any other thing to have it with because it tastes alone very awesome. Usually pan cakes are soft and after get cool remains soft so you can also pack this for your kids lunch box. With being super delicious this pancakes are also very healthy and good for kids.

For making this sweet dish you can use a non stick tawa but if you cook it on iron tawa then you’ll get unique taste. Ingredients for Indian Pan Cake:

250 gm Wheat Flour.
75-100 gm Jaggery.
2 tbsp Fennel Seeds.
Oil as per required.
Water as per required.

How to Make Indian Pan Cake:

Step 1.

First of all take wheat flour in a big mixing bowl then cut the jaggery in small pieces and add in bowl, now add water as per required and mix wheat flour and jaggery well.

Step 2.

Now add in fennel seeds and make nice batter from it, make sure that batter should be spread nicely so make this kind of consistency of batter.

Step 3.

Now cover and keep batter aside for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes mix the batter well.

Step 4.

Now heat iron griddle or tawa (you can use non stick pan also) on gas, when it becomes hot grease it with oil then put some batter on it and spread it round pan cake shape.

Step 5.

Cook the pan cake for little time then put some oil around the pan cake and change the side and cook another side for little time.
After cooking pan cake both the sides take out in a serving plate and serve hot.
