Sugar syrup is also prepared and these pooris are dipped in syrup and syrup should of three thread consistency.

For making this cashew nuts puri first the dough is prepared from all the powder and spices.

After preparing dough puris are rolled out from it and then fried in medium hot oil. Finally dipped in sugar syrup and immediately taken out. After completely making this sweet puri these are kept aside for 3-4 hours then after served. Ingredients for Kaju ki Sweet Puri:

3 tbsp Coarse Powder of Cashew Nuts.
3 tbsp Coarse Powder of Roasted Peanuts.
50 Coarse Powder of Wheat.
100 gm Wheat Flour.
1 tbsp Ghee.
1/8 tsp Cardamom Powder.
Ghee for frying puris.

For Sugar Syrup:

1 Cup Sugar.
½ Cup Water.

How to Make Kaju ki Sweet Puri:

Step 1.

First of all put cashew powder, peanuts powder, wheat powder, wheat flour, ghee, cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2.

Now add water as per required and make nice dough from it and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Step 3.

After 30 minutes make small balls from dough the roll all the balls and make small sizes of puri, with the help of folk or toothpick make dots on every puri.

Step 4.

Now heat ghee in a kadai, when ghee gets heated put puris in and fry till become light golden brown at medium heat, now take out the puris in a plate and let them cool.

Step 5.

In a thick bottom kadai put 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water and put the gas on, we require about three thread of sugar syrup, check the consistency by your thumb and finger if it three thread then it is ready.

Step 6.

Now put the puris in sugar syrup then immediately take out in greased ghee plate and let it be a side for 3-4 hours, after 3-4 hours the sugar syrup will become dry and the Kaju ki sweet puri is ready to serve.
