Ingredients for Ladoo:

1 Cup Fresh Grated Coconut.
½ Cup Flattened Rice or Poha.
3 tbsp Yellow Split Moong Dal.
1 Cup Jaggery Powder.
1 tsp Ghee.
Pinch of Cardamom Powder (Optional).
Some Mix Dry Fruits (Optional).

How to Make Ladoo:

Step 1.

First of all heat pan then put yellow split moong dal and roast on slow flame stirring continuously till get nice golden brown and fragrant, it will take about 5 minutes to roast.

Step 2.

Now in the same pan put poha or flattened rice and roast on slow flame till get crispy then take out in a plate and keep aside.

Step 3.

Now heat ghee in a pan then roast mix dry fruits till gets light golden brown then take out in a bowl.

Step 4.

Now put all the roasted ingredients in a big bowl then add in jaggery, when jaggery gets melt add in coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5.

Now cook this mixture on slow flame for 5 minutes or till gets nice golden brown then take out the mixture in a bowl.

Step 6.

When mixture gets cool make ladoo from it and enjoy.
