Macroni Pasta Recipe in Indian Style, Indian cuisine has a very huge list of different types of recipes and almost every category have huge list of recipes which are belong to the different states of India and they have lots of different types of ingredients and variations itself. There is no connection between Indian cuisine and Italian cuisine too far but Indian people are fond of Italian cuisine and they love pastas, pizza , etc.
You can find each and every recipe from Italy with the Indian twist, now in India you may find many food joints and restaurants serving only Italian food, now people can afford an expensive ingredients of Italy and they are enjoying Italian food at their home also.
Today I am going to share, how to make macaroni pasta is the Indian style and it will be really very interesting and easy recipe of your everyday pasta and I am sure you will definitely going to like my Macaroni Pasta Recipe with Indian Twist.
150 Gms Macroni Pasta.
50 Gms Graded Paneer.
100 Gms Tomato Puiri.
1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala.
1 Tsp Sugar.
1 Tbtsp Olive Oil.
Salt to taste.
Macroni Pasta | Indian Recipe | Video Recipe.
- 150 Gms Macroni Pasta.
- 50 Gms Graded Paneer.
- 100 Gms Tomato Puiri.
- 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder.
- 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala.
- 1 Tsp Sugar.
- 1 Tbtsp Olive Oil.
- Salt to taste.
- Add some Salt in Water and let it boil, when water starts Bubbling put the Pasta in it, so Water is now Bubbling add the Pasta, usally Pasta takes 4-5 min to boil but some Pasta may take more or less time.
- This Pasta took 7 min to boil, take it out.
- In another Pan heat the Oil, when it gets heated add Onion, Chopp onion as fine as possible so it can cook perfectly.
- add little bit of Salt, Sugar, Red Chilly Powder and mix all the things very well, in this add Tomato Puiri, it will give nice colour to the Pasta. add Garam Masala, again stir it very well, our mixture is ready so now add Pasta in it.
- Stir all the things very well now add Graded Paneer in it, save some for garnishing and turn the heat off.
- Our very simple, easy and delicious Macroni Masala with Paneer is ready to Serve. Garnish it with some Graded Paneer.

I am Nikunj Vasoya and today I am going to show you a very interesting recipe of macaroni Indian Style, I hope you’ll definitely going to like it because it will be the Indian Style Pasta so you’ll get the totally different taste as compared to your Pasta, I am not going to use Cheese instead of this I am using Paneer, it will be really very good for you to try this recipe, so let’s take a look at the Ingredients one by one.
For Macaroni Masala with Paneer you will need 150 gm Macaroni Pasta, 50 gm Graded Paneer, 100 gm Tomato Puree, 1 medium size Finely Chopped Onion, 1 tsp of Red Chili Powder, 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala, 1 tsp of Sugar, 1tb tsp Olive Oil and Salt to taste.
First a fall I am going Boil the Pasta, for this I am adding some Salt in Water, when Water starts Bubbling then we are going to add Pasta in it, our Water is ready so I am putting Pasta in it, usually Pasta will take 4-5 minutes to get Boiled but some Pasta may take more or less time so you have to be very careful, this Pasta took around 7 minutes to Boil, now it is perfectly cooked so I am going to take this out.
In another Pan I am going to heat Oil, our Oil is ready so I am adding Onion in it, you have to Chop your Onion as fine as possible so we can cook it easily, it will give nice Texture to your Dish, we don’t need big chunks of Onion in it, in this I am going to add Salt, very little Salt because Pasta has already Salt in it and we also added in Boiling, add Sugar, Red Chili Powder, mix all the things very well, in this add Tomato Puree, see the Color it is looking absolutely Beautiful, it will give nice Color to your Pasta that’s why I am using Tomato Puree, if you are using Can Tomato then use half Can Tomato or around 100 gm, add Garam Masala, again stir this very well, so our mixture is ready so I am going to add Pasta in it, again stir all the things very well, it is totally different kind of Pasta and I am sure it will give different taste as compared to your regular Pasta, now I am adding Paneer and saving some for Garnishing and turn the heat Off, so this is it our simple, easy and very delicious Indian Style Masala Pasta is ready to serve, you can also use the Cheese but I recommend you to don’t use the Cheese because it will give you different taste if you cook it in Indian Style so you’ll get a new recipe for your everyday Macroni Pasta Recipe, it will be really very good for you to give some change to your everyday Pasta.
Put very little Graded Paneer and Single Coriander Leave on top of this, so this is it my very simple, easy and delicious Indian Style Macaroni Masala with Paneer is ready to serve. Wow I am sure you are not going to believe that it is your regular Pasta with Indian twist because it is totally different in flavor, it gives very nice Texture of Onion which is very Crispy, Tomato Puree and all Indian Masala adds very good twist to it, I am sure that if you cook it once than it will be your permanent recipe for Pasta, I really like the flavor of Tomato Puree with Indian Masala because whenever you cook Tomato Puree with Onion and other Indian Masala it will add totally different flavor to any kind of your Dish, so this a really very good thing about it.
