Mainly it is prepared from white bread slices, maggi, maggi masala, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots and some other spices.

Ingredients for Maggi Masala Pocket:

6 Slices of White Breads.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrots.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 Maggi Packet.
1 Cup All Purpose Flour Slurry.
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
2 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Frying Pockets.

How to Make Maggi Masala Pocket:

Step 1.

First of all heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan then add in carrots, onions and saute both for little time then add in ginger garlic chilli paste, capsicum, capsicum and cook for little time.

Step 2.

Now add in some water as per needed and cook it till water starts boiling, when water starts boiling add in maggi and its masala both and cook it till maggi gets cooked.

Step 3.

Now take out the maggi in a bowl and make sure that there should be no moisture in maggi.

Step 4.

Now take slices of bread and remove the edges using knife and roll the breads on rolling board, now apply some all purpose flour at one end of rolled bread slice.

Step 5.

Now put about 1 tbsp maggi masala on bread slice and fold the other end and press it gently with palm so can be sealed nicely to make pocket, make all the pockets ready this way.

Step 6.

Now heat oil in a kadai and fry all the pockets in medium hot oil till become nice golden brown then take out in a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
