This is very easy to make as well as it requires very less time for cooking is well. You will find delicious kheer in entire Indian street food shops and carts. This kheer is not just delicious in taste but it is also very healthy kheer as it has milk, mango and dry fruits all these are very rich in proteins which is good for our healthy.

Types of Kheer:
Milk Kheer.
Apple Kheer.
Sevaiyyan Kheer.
Soya Kheer.
Strawberry Kheer.
Ingredients for Kheer:
Half Litre Milk.
50 gm Rice.
1 Mango.
50-75 gm Sugar (Add According to sweetness of Mango).
5-6 Threads of Saffron.
6-8 Almonds.
6-8 Cashew Nuts.
How to Make Kheer:
Step 1.
Remove the skin of mango and make puree of it by blending it in a mixer blender.
Heat milk in a pan, meanwhile make the small pieces of almonds and cashew nuts, make at least 4-5 pieces from a single almond and cashew nut.
Don’t add much dry fruits in it. Here we are not using raisins but if you like then you can use.
You can put mango pieces on top after making the kheer also.

Step 2.
Add rice in hot milk and with this also put the saffron threads, keep stirring it continuously so it don’t stuck to the bottom.
When milk started bubbling turn the heat low and keep stirring the it.

Step 3.
When milk get thick add sugar and keep stirring it.
When you get the desired level of thickness in kheer turn the heat off and add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and almonds and mix it well.

Step 4.
Let it cool down for few minutes.
Then add mango puree in it and mix it nicely.
Take out the kheer in a serving bowl and garnish it with some dry fruits.
