Ingredients for Masala Triangles:

1 Cup Gram Flour.
½ Cup Maida.
2 ½ Cup Butter Milk.
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves.
1 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste.
1 tsp Pepper Powder.
1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut Powder.
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
Pinch of Turmeric Powder.
Salt to Taste.
Oil for deep frying.

How to Make Masala Triangles:

Step 1.

First of all in a mixing bowl add gram flour, butter milk, salt, turmeric powder and beat and mix it well with an electronic bitter or with spoon (make sure that there should be no lumps).

Step 2.

Put the mixture in a non stick pan and cook it till become very thick, stir it consistently, it will take 6-8 minutes then turn the heat off.

Step 3.

Now add ginger chilli paste, garam masala, sesame seeds, pepper powder, desiccated coconut powder, coriander leaves in mixture and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 4.

Now put the mixture in a greased plate and spread evenly and keep aside.
Now in a mixing bowl add plain flour, salt, pepper powder and water as per required and make smooth paste from it (Consistency of batter should be poury).

Step 5.

Now cut the gram flour mixture in triangle shape, handle the triangles while shifting to plate so it will not break, now dip the triangles in batter then put in hot oil for frying, turn the triangles carefully, cook it for 5-6 minutes then take them out in plate.
