Ingredients For Maski Paratha Recipe.

200 grams Wheat Flour.
100 grams All Purpose Flour.
2 medium Size Finely Chopped Onions.
50 grams Yogurt.
50 grams Butter.
8 tsp oil.
1 Tbsp Garlic Slices.
1 tsp cumin seeds powder.
1 tsp Asofoetida or Hing.
1 tsp Ginger Paste.
Salt to Taste.

STEP 1.
First a fall add All Purpose Flour in to the Wheat Flour, than the 1 tsp Ginger Paste, Onions, 1 Tbsp garlic Slices, 1 tsp Asofoetida or Hing, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder and Salt to Taste.

STEP 2.
Mix all the things very well together, now add Yogurt and around 3 tsp of Oil, Mix it again and add Water as require to make the soft Dough from it.

Again apply some oil on it so it don’t stick anywhere, now Dough is ready so make the small balls from it of equal sizes and cover it with some flour so it don’t stick.

Make the simple Chapatis as we make and apply oil on it, fold it, Roll a little and apply some oil on it, Now again fold it and deep it into the Flour, Now Roll it towords the each angle.

Now Parathas are ready so Fry it on Griddle or Tawa, apply 1/2 tsp Butter, apply Butter on it when it is half cooked on either side.
