15-20 Nachos.
3 tbsp Cooked American Corn Kernels.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cucumber.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrots.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Tomatoes.
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
50 gm Mamra or Puffed Rice.
2 tbsp Besan Sev.
50 gm Fried Corn Flakes.
1 tsp Chaat Masala.
1 tsp Green Chutney.
1 tsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney.
Some Fresh Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

How to Make Mexican Bhel:

Step 1.

First of all break the nachos and put in a big bowl then add in fried corn flakes, puffed rice or mamra, corn kernels, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, carrots, coriander leaves, besan sev and mix well.

Step 2.

Now sprinkle some chaat masala and again mix well then add in green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney and mix well.

Step 3.

Now put the bhel in a serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and nachos and serve, delicious Mexican bhel is ready.
