Mooli ki Sabzi Recipe | Punjabi Special Curry | Mooli ki Bhurji.

Mooli ki sabzi or radish curry or mooli ki Bhurji is a very delicious punjabi cuisine special curry recipe. This is a really very simple and easy to make Indian curry recipe plus requires very less time to cook is well. Mainly it is prepared from boiled radish, radish leaves and some other spices. Here we have used olive oil to make this yummy and nutritious curry but you can also use other oil as per availability.

Ingredients for Mooli ki Sabzi:

1 ½ Chopped and Boiled Radish and Leaves of 3 Radish.
¼ tsp Ajwain.
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
½ tsp Fennel Powder.
½ tsp Coriander Powder.
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Amchoor.
Salt as per taste.
1 Pinch Asafoetida.
1 tbsp Olive Oil.

How to Make Mooli ki Sabzi:

Step 1.

First of all heat oil in a kadai then add in ajwain, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, red chilli powder.

Step 2.

Now mix all the spices well then immediately add in boiled radish and leaves along with salt as per taste and amchoor.

Step 3.

Now mix the radish with all the spices well then cover and cook the curry for 1-2 minutes at medium flame.

Step 4.

After 1-2 minutes turn the heat off and take out the healthy and delicious mooli ki sabzi in a serving plate and serve with roti or paratha and enjoy.
