Ingredients for Oatmeal Dalia:

1 tbsp Oats (Roasted).
200 ml Water.
200 ml Milk.
1 tsp Almond Powder.
5-6 Threads of Saffron.
¼ tsp of Cardamom Powder.
4-5 Chopped Almonds.
5-6 Raisins.
Half Chopped Apple without Skin.
Half Chopped Mango.

How to make Oatmeal Dalia:

Step 1.
Put oats in a kadai, cook it for a minute and then add water in it.
When water becomes hot add milk in it. (Remember one thing that add water first and then milk).

Step 2.
When milk started bubbling add saffron and almond powder in it and cook it until milk get reduced.

Step 3.
You can add sugar if you want around 3 tsp (Optional).
Now add cardamom powder in it and mix it nicely then turn the heat off.

Step 4.
When oatmeal Dalia comes to room temperature take it out in serving plate and garnish it with chopped mango, apple, almonds and raisins.
