500 gm Cabbage.
1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder.
1/2 tsp Red Chili powder.
Salt to Taste.
Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
First of all chopp the Cabbage make thick slices from it and put it into a big mixing bowl.
Now Chopp the onion finely and put this also into the bowl, now its time to chopp the tomatoes, you have to chopp the tomatoes length wise and put it into the bowl with other Ingredients.
Now chopp the Fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle it on the cabbage, onion and tomatoes.
Now add salt according to taste then coriander & cumin seeds powder, little bit of red chili powder, squeeze half lemon and mix all the Ingredients very well.
Now it is ready to serve, serve this into a steel bowl.

- 200 Grams Chopped Cabbage.
- 2 Chopped Green Chillies.
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder.
- 3 tsp Oil.
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
- 1 Mustard Seeds.
- Salt to Taste.
- Heat oil in a pan, when oil get heated add Mustard Seeds.
- When Mustard Seeds started slattering add the Turmeric Powder and Green Chillies and Stir Fry it for 20 seconds.
- Now add the Cabbage, Again mix this well, now add the Coriander & Cumin seeds Powder and Salt, Again Mix this and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Now it is ready to serve.
