Onion Pickle Recipe | Indian Pickle Recipe.

Hello friends today here we are with a yummy tummy pickle recipe in Maharashtrian style which is well know as onion pickle. In Marathi language it is well known as “Kandya Cha Thecha”, this quick and easy pickle making is just about ten to fifteen minutes game. Mainly it is prepared from Onion, oil and some other spices. This 5 ingredients recipe is a really very delicious in taste and can be served with roti, bhakri or with your regular meal as a side dish.

In india without pickle the meal looks incomplete, whenever we go to any restaurants or dhabas we always find pickle and it would be any like lemon pickle, mango pickle, chilli pickle etc. The best thing about this quick onion pickle is that you can also store it in a glass jar and put in refrigerator for two to three days. Taste of this pickle is bit spicy but if you don’t like spicy then add less amount of chilli powder.

Ingredients for Onion Pickle:

2 Big Finely Chopped Onion.
½ Cup Oil.
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
Salt to taste.
Some Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.

How to Make Onion Pickle:

Step 1.

Take a metal bowl and add chopped onion, salt and red chili powder.

Step 2.

Mix it with your figure tips nicely, take oil in a tadka pan and heat it extreme level, once oil get hot add it to onion mixture.

Step 3.

Onion will cooked automatically in contact with hot oil and again mix this mixture properly with spoon.

Step 4.

Garnish it with coriander leaves, now “Kandya Cha Thecha” or “Onion Pickle” ready for taste, you can serve this with roti or bhakhri.
