Hello Friend’s welcome to the World’s 1st youtube cooking show from a Village, I am Nikunj Vasoya and Today i am going to show you a very Special very Easy and very Delicious Recipe of Paneer, today i am going to show you how to make Delicious and Restaurant Style Palak Paneer and i am sure it will definately going to give you same taste as you get in any Restaurant and i am also going to tell you some Secret to make it better than the usal palak paneer and we are not going to use full fat Cream in this Curry insted of that i am going to also show you how to make Fat Cream to reduce the Callorie so let’s take a look at Ingredients one by one.
For Palak Paneer you will need 2 Bunch of Palak or Spinach, 200 gms of Paneer Cubes, 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion, 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomato, 8-10 Cloves of Garlic, 1/2 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger, Few Hot Chillies you can add accourding to your Taste, but you can’t use Red Chili Powder in this Curry so i have very hot Green Chillies, i have taken 4-5 Green Chillies, 1 tsp of Sugar, 1 tsp of Kitchen King Masala and Salt to taste, always remember one thing that if you are making a North Indian Style Restaurant Style Curry then always use the Kitchen King Masala for the Better taste and as i said earlier i am not going to use Heavy Cream in this curry instead of that i am going to use the Fat Cream so for that we will need around 25-30 gms of Kesu Nuts and 100 ml Milk and you’ll also need few tbsp of Oil and some Cold Water.
First a fall i am going to heat the Water and meanwhile we are going to make Fat Cream for our Curry so let’s do it, first a fall i am going to add kesu nuts into mixer blender and then the Milk this is really very good option to reduce the Callorie in any North Indian Curry because Traditionally in North Indian they use lot’s of Heavy Cream in this but we are not going to use heavy cream in this so this is it our low fat Cream is ready keep this a side and now we are going to work on our Palak.
Now first a fall i am going to Boil the Palak, we are not going to boil it totally but we are going to just cook it around 50% and then we are going to put it into Cold Water so we can get the same Colour, we are going to cook it for just 2-3 mins, i think it will enough, Cover this for just 1 min so this is it after 1 min i am going to remove the cover now our palak is almost ready so i am going to turn the heat off, turn the side and immediately put it into the cold water so we can get the nice cream colour then we are going to make Puree from it.
Now we are going to make the white gravy for our Curry and for that fist a fall i am going to heat 1 tbsp of Oil, so our Oil get heated so now in this i am going to add the Chopped Garlic and then put the Ginger and Onions, now in this i am going to add Salt accourding to the taste and around 1 tsp of Sugar, now i am going to add Tomatoes and Finely chopped hot Green Chillies, it will be totally different kind of Curry but it will going to give you same taste as you get in the any Indian Restaurants so this is the very good thing about this, so this is it now it is ready so i am taking it out in a bowl because we are going to use same pan for Frying the Paneer.
Add very little oil into the pan so we can cook our Paneer nicely and put paneer one by one, after 20-30 seconds turn the side so you can get very nice Golden Brown Colour and it should be cooked equally on every side, now i am turning the heat off because our paneer is ready now i am also going to take this out again, look at the colour it is looking very good and very beautiful.
Now it is the time to make our Gravy so put that onion, tomato, garlic and ginger mixture into the mixing blender, you can also use little bit of water if you need but i am not going to use because we are going to make first the Puree and see weather it is thick or thin and then decide to add water or not, i am going to add very little water into it, so this is it our Gravy is ready so now i am going to take it out again in the same bowl.
In the same Jar i am going to make the Puree of the Spinach or Palak, so this is it see our beautiful and Green Colour Puree is ready so now we are going to make finally our Curry, so finally i am going to heat around 1 tbsp of Oil, now our oil is ready so now in this i am going to put the onion, tomato, ginger and garlic Mixture, let it seem up for 30-40 seconds and then we are going to add Kitcken King Masala and Puree so after 30 seconds i am going to add Kitcken King Masala, give it a nice stir now in this i am going to add Palak or spinach Puree.
Now i am going to put the Paneer Cubes one by one so it can absorb all the flavors, let it seem up for 1-2 min then we are going to add our Fat cream in this curry, after covering it for 1 min now it is almost done so i am going to add our Fat cream in this and we are again going to cook this for 2-3 mins, look at the colour it is looking soo beautiful, you have to stir it every now and then so it can cook nicely again i am going to cover this for 1-2 min at a medium low heat.
So this is it our Palak Paneer is ready so now i am going to turn the heat off and take the lead, now it is the time to serve very special Palak Paneer and on the top of it put some Paneer Cubes and few drops of Cream, so this is it my very simple, easy and delicious Restaurant Style Palak Paneer is ready to serve.
