Paneer Balls Recipe | Paneer Papad Starter | Paneer Snack.

Paneer balls or paneer papad balls is one of very delicious and unique starter recipe for kids. It’s a really very simple and easy to make Indian snacks recipe which requires very less time to cook is well. For making this crispy paneer balls you just have to saute ginger garlic and spices for few seconds then make the stuffing of mixture of paneer and potato. Finally make small equal sizes of balls from mixture then dip in slurry roll on crushed pappadums and fry in oil.

This quick paneer balls are best to make for kids while kids having break during studies or for their lunch boxes or as a starter. As you all know potato and paneer both are loved by one and all and dishes prepared from these two ingredients really tastes awesome. Crispiness of pappadums from outside and the smooth potato and paneer stuffing inside will make you mouthwatering. Ingredients for Paneer Balls:

100 gm Fresh Paneer.
1 Medium Size Boiled Potato.
2 tbsp Corn Flour.    
8-10 Crushed Pappadums.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
1 tbsp Bread Crums.
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp Chat Masala.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder.
1/8 tsp Garam Masala.
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves.
2-3 tbsp Corn Flour added in ½ Cup Water (Slurry).
Salt according to taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for Deep Frying.

How to Make Paneer Balls:

Step 1.

First of all heat oil in a nonstick pan then add in ginger garlic paste and saute for little time, now lower the heat and add in turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, roast all the spices for little time then turn the heat off.

Step 2.

Now smash the boiled potato and put in spices mixture and mix well then add in chat masala, black pepper powder, fresh paneer, bread crums and coriander leaves, mix all the ingredients well and make nice mixture.

Step 3.

Now make equal sizes of balls from entire mixture then roll on corn flour, now put 3-4 balls in corn flour slurry then take out balls using a folk spoon and roll on crushed pappadums.

Step 4.

Now heat oil in kadai for deep frying balls, when oil gets hot put the balls and fry for very little time then take out in a serving plate, don’t fry balls for long time else pappadums will burn, serve the delicious paneer balls with sweet chutney and enjoy.
