Fritters are of many different types like onion fritters, chilli fritters, potato fritters etc, specially in monsoon season fritters are the first choice of everybody and it goes good with tomato ketchup, coriander chutney or green chutney or red chutney made from red chilli powder and garlic or you can have it with any other chutney also.

Paneer pakoda are very popular in north India side and there people love to eat this delicious snack with the red and green chutney. Ingredients required for this outstanding fast food recipe are very few and simple which are exclusively available in every grocery shops of the world which is a great thing about this yummy Paneer pakoda.

Ingredients For Paneer Pakoda:
300 gm Paneer Cubes.
2 Cup Besan or Gram Flour.
1 tsp Coriander Powder.
1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder.
¾ tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Pinch of Asafoetida.
Salt According to Taste.
Coriander Chutney.
Little Chaat Masala.
Oil for Frying.
Water.

How To Cook Paneer Pakoda:

Step 1.
Make little space in paneer cubes using knife.
Put coriander chutney and chaat masala to the space made in paneer cubes, Make all the cubes ready similarly.

Step 2.
In besan or gram flour add coriander powder, fennel seeds powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt to taste.
Add water as per requirement and batter from it (Make sure that batter should not be more thin or Thick).

Step 3.
Heat oil in pan for frying and make sure that oil should not be very hot.
Dip all the paneer cubes one by one in batter, remove the excess batter and directly put in oil for frying.

Step 4.
Cook it until it became light golden brown at a medium low heat.
Take it out in a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
