Paneer Sandwich Kachori Video Recipe.

In India fast food has became very popular from the beginning of this decade and now people like to eat Western style fast foods In restaurants, food shops and food carts in the streets of India. Kachori is available in many forms and taste like. Dry Fruit Kachori, Khasta Kachori, Jain Kachori, Farali Kachori, Sweet Kachori, Spicy Kachori, etc.

Ingredients For Paneer Sandwich Kachori.

10 Slices of White Breads or Multi Grain Bread.
1 Medium Size Boiled Potato.
100 gm of Paneer.
1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.
1/2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomato.
2 tbsp of Butter.
1 tsp of Maida.
1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
1/2 tsp of Red Chili Powder.
1.5 tsp of Oil.
1/2 tsp of Sugar.
Salt to taste.
Red Chutney and Green Chutney for Serving.
Small Bowl for Cutting Bread.

Ingredients

  • 10 Slices of White Breads or Multi Grain Bread.
  • 1 Medium Size Boiled Potato.
  • 100 gm of Paneer.
  • 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped Onion.
  • 1/2 Medium Size Finely Chopped Tomato.
  • 2 tbsp of Butter.
  • 1 tsp of Maida.
  • 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
  • 1/2 tsp of Red Chili Powder.
  • 1.5 tsp of Oil.
  • 1/2 tsp of Sugar.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Red Chutney and Green Chutney for Serving.
  • Small Bowl for Cutting Bread.

Instructions

  • First a fall cut all the breads in round shape with the help of bowl or any other cutter then press the bread slices gentally with hands.
  • Make the glue by adding some water into plain flour for stiching the two slices of bread.
  • In a Pan heat around 1.5 tsp of Oil, when it get's heated put Finely Chopped Onion, cook it until it becomes Golden Brown and Crispy, remember one thing that your stuffing should be dry, stir it every now and then.
  • Now add Tomatoes and again stir all the things very well, in this add Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Sugar and in this add Potatoes, stir all the ingredients very well.
  • Turn the heat off and Mash the potatoes with spatula so no big chungs of potatoes left in the stuffing, now in this add Paneer and again stir all the things very well.
  • Take 5 slices of Bread and apply very little Butter on each slices of bread.
  • Take some stuffing in hand make pile of it then press it with finger so we can give very nice shape to it. Now put this onto the centre of sliced bread.
  • Now apply Plain Flour Glue on every edges so we can stick another part of bread very easily, apply some butter onto another slice of bread and Gule onto the edges and put it onto ready sliced bread.
  • Gently press it and lock the edges by pressing Fingers. Make all the kachories this way.
  • Keep it in a Refrigerator for few minutes and then we will bake in Oven, now on every Kachori apply little butter with the Spoon or Brush.
  • Put the Kachories in oven for 12-15 minutes at 230 Degree Celcius for Baking.
  • After baking it for 15 minutes take it out, now it is perfect Crispy and little Golden Brown Paneer Sandwich Kachori is Ready to serve.

 

Hello friends welcome to the World’s first youtube cooking show from a Village, I am Nikunj Vasoya and today I am going to show you a very interesting, simple, easy and delicious recipe which is known as a Paneer Sandwich Kachori and we are going to make this in a Microwave Owen so it will be a really-really good recipe, I am really happy with the Ingredients which we are using in this recipe and I am sure it will going to give you a really very good taste so let’s take a look at ingredients one by one.
For the Paneer Sandwich Kachori you will need 10 Slices of White Breads but you can use any kind of bread that you have, you can also use the Multi Grain Bread, 1 medium size Boiled Potato and I have roughly chopped it, around 100 gm of Paneer, 1 medium size finely chopped Onion, half medium size finely chopped Tomato, 2 tbsp of Butter, 1 tsp of Maida, half tsp of Garam Masala, half tsp of Red Chili Powder, 1.5 tsp of Oil, half tsp of Sugar, Salt to taste and for the serving I am going to use these two Red and Green Chutney and I am also going to use these kind of bowl for cutting our bread in round shape but you can use any kind of cutter that you have, in short we are going to make this hole shape Kachori so you will need this kind of cutter.
First a fall cut the breads like these way, put the bowl at the centre of the bread and then just press this way so edges will come out nicely, it is very simple and also press the bread this way so it can be really strong to make the Kachori from it, this is ready so keep it a side and now do the second one, again press this, so this is it our all the breads are ready. Actually we are going to combine these two slices of bread so we have to make Glue for it, I am using all purpose Flour or Plane Flour for this, so we can stick the edges very easily.
In Maida or Plain flour add some Water, this will work as a glue for our kachoris with the help to stick the two parts of the sandwich or sandwich Kachori so this ready so keep it a side and make the stuffing for our paneer sandwich Kachori.
First a fall heat around 1.5 tsp of Oil, you can use any kind of oil that you have but here I am using Ground Nut Oil for the better flavor, this is a innovative kind of Kachori so I am sure that you are definitely going to like this and it will be a very good recipe because we are using paneer in it and we are also making it in a oven so it’ll be very easy recipe without the any hassle and you will need just simple ingredients which we all are having in any Kitchen of the World.
Now our oil is hot enough so in this I am going to put finely chopped Onion, cook the onion until it becomes Golden Brown, remember one thing that your stuffing should be dry, it should not be the moist otherwise it may cause problem in binding our Kachori, you have to stir it every now and then otherwise some onion may get burnt, we want golden brown and crispy onion, now it is almost done so in this add Tomatoes, again stir all the things very well, in this add Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Salt then Sugar and in this add Potatoes, now it has become dry so turn the heat off and mash it with the spatula so it can combine nicely and we can have the nice flavor of our Spices in every bite, we don’t want any big chunks of potatoes in it, for these kind of recipe whenever you are making stuffing for any dish, you should make any kind of stuffing one hour or half an hour before the making of that dish so it will enhance the overall taste, now in this add Paneer, it is around 100 gm, stir all the things very well, it is almost done so keep it at a side to cool down for few minutes so we can make Petty Type Kachori from it which we are going to stuff inside the breads.
Now our stuffing is cool down so I am taking 5 slices of bread and on each side I am going to apply the Butter, apply very little butter on each slices of bread so we can make our kachoris very crispy, now this is ready to make the stuffing for the kachoris, for each bread take this much amount of stuffing and make this kind of Pile first then press it gently this way so you can give very nice shape, we want our edges clear so first a fall check that whether it is clear or not so we can stick our edges nicely, it is perfect size so put this onto the centre of bread.
Now make the second one, first a fall make a big pile so it can be nice and perfect in size then just press it with finger so you can spread it very easily and it don’t get break, second stuffing is also read, now make the third one, if you are feeling that your chungs of potatoes are really big then you can mash it with the hands also, see this is the perfect size for the Kachori so our all the slices are ready so just gently press it with the finger so it can stick with the bread nicely. Now apply glue on every edges so we can stick another part of bread very easily, plain flour will help to keep everything inside, one slice is ready so apply some butter on to other part of bread and glue on edges, put it on to ready slice and gently press it, lock the edges this way, it will automatically stick and keep everything inside, so this is it our one Kachori is ready, you can also mold this way, very gently press it so it can keep everything inside and bite inside very nicely. Apply the flour on another slice, make all the sandwich kachoris ready this way then we are going to keep it in Refrigerator for few minutes and then we will bake in Oven.
I have kept the kachoris for 5 minutes in Refrigerator, now I am going to bake our Paneer Sandwich Kachoris for 12-15 minutes at 230 degree and if you think that you will need more time than you can give the more time just 1-2 minutes and I think it will take around 15 minutes maximum, now on every Kachori apply butter with the spoon but you can also use the brush, it will going to make our Kachori very Crispy and Golden Brown from outside.
Now we have to bake our paneer sandwich Kachori, set the oven at 230 degree Celsius for 15 minutes, you have to check it after 10-12 minutes whether it has turned crispy or not, it may take less time but you have to check in between 12-15 minutes, after cooking it for 15 minutes it is ready so I am taking it out, see it has become perfect crispy and little golden in color and I am sure it will going to give you a different and very good taste so now it is the time to serve my very special Paneer Sandwich Kachori. I am going to show you inside so I am to cut one paneer sandwich Kachori, see it is very crispy, it get burnt little but it will be really very good in taste because of masala or stuffing.
Oh my goodness this is absolutely crispy and it has become very dry, you can get the Tandoori like flavor so it is a really very good thing about it, stuffing has become dry so you can keep it for 1-2 days also, it has become dry and crispy so your kid is going to like this, now I am going to have it with the Green chutney, green chutney will going to help you to enhance the overall taste of so it goes really good with the green chutney and you can also serve this with the Tomato Ketchup if you want but I personally like to prefer this kind of thing with green chutney, you can also make the green chutney at home, it is very simple, you can watch the green chutney recipe on foodontv network channel.
