150 Grams Grated Papaya.
1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Powder.
1 tbsp Sugar.
Some Coriander Leaves.
Salt to Taste.

- 150 gm Grated Papaya.
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
- 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder.
- 1 tbsp Sugar.
- 1 Lemon.
- Salt to taste.
- Some Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
- First of all add the grated papaya into a big mixing bowl then add red chili powder, Coriander and cumin seeds powder, salt, sugar and squeeze half lemon.
- Mix all the ingredients very well so all the ingredients can be mixed nicely and mix it until sugar starts melting.
- Now it is ready so just take it out in simple plate and garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and lemon.
