                       Hey guys, today I’m here with an amazing vrat chutney recipe called phalahari coriander pesto. It is perfect vrat/fast/upvaas chutney taken with chips, fries or vadas. There are lots of snack recipes for vrat or fast. It will well goes with them. it is such a delicious and very versatile chutney.

                     All the required ingredients for this yum coriander chutney are coriander leaves, amchur powder, green chilies and roasted groundnut powder. It requires very less time to prepare and gives a nice, smooth texture that’s a perfect thing to take with any fasting snack.

                     Preliminary ingredient used in this chutney is coriander leaves. You can take this Indian chutney with any fast snack like potato fries, sweet potato tikkis, sweet potato fries or any other snacks. You can take it with the evening or midnight snack. You can also check some other chutney recipes like capsicum and raw mango chutney, green chutney and kajur ki chutney.

Ingredients for Palahari Coriander Pesto:

1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves.
¼ Cup Roasted Groundnuts.
2 Chopped Green Chillies.
1 tsp Amchoor Powder.
1 tsp Lemon Juice.
Halite as per required.

How to Make Palahari Coriander Pesto:

Step 1.

Put all the ingredients in a mixer blender and blend it till become smooth paste, take out in serving plate and serve with any fasting snack like tikkies, sabudana vada etc and enjoy.
