Ingredients for Poha Pakoda:

1 Cup Soaked Poha or Flattened Rice.
1 tbsp Curd.
3 tbsp Masala Peanut.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
2 tbsp Gram Flour.
Pinch of Soda-bi-Carb.
Salt to Taste.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
Some freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Oil for Deep Frying Pakoras.
For Garnishing Tomato Ketchup and Chaat Masala.

How to Make Poha Pakoda:

Step 1.
Take a big mixing bowl, put poha in it then add masala peanuts, chopped onion, gram flour, salt to taste, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, soda bi carb and curd.

Step 2.
Mix all the ingredients very well, add little water and mix it well, again add little water and make dough for pakoda.

Step 3.
Heat oil for deep frying pakodas, when oil get heated make small balls from dough and directly put into oil (Oil should not too much hot), turn the side after a minute, fry the pakodas until they become golden brown.
Now the pakodas are ready, take out in a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with tomato ketchup.
