Ingredients/Spices or Seasonings.
- 200 Grams Grated Papaya.
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 4 tsp Oil.
- Salt to Taste.
How to Cook or Cooking Methods.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Than add the Coriander Seeds.
- When Coriander Seeds started slatering add the Turmeric Powder.
- Than add the Papaya immediately.
- Stir it and cook it for 30 seconds.
- Than add the Salt and Sugar.
- Again mix this well.
- Now cover and cook it for two minutes.
- After two minutes again stir it and cover it again.
- it should be ready when it became soft.
