200 gm Rice.
100 gm Potatoes.
10 Curry Leaves.
2 tsp Mustard Seeds.
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
1/2 tsp Asafoetida.
2 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
5 tsp Oil.
1 tsp Coriander Powder.
Some Coriander Leaves.
Salt to taste.

Ingredients

  • 200 gms Rice.
  • 100 gms Potatoes.
  • 10 Curry Leaves.
  • 2 tsp Mustard Seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida.
  • 2 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • 5 tsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder.
  • Some Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  • First a fall heat Oil in a Pan, when oil get heated add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds, when it starts Slathering add Curry leaves.
  • Now immediately add the Potatoes in it, now add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder and mix this very well and cover it for a minute.
  • Now add the Asafoetida, Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Rice, remaining Turmeric powder and 2 Glass of Water.
  • Now cover it and cook it for 20-25 minutes on a medium low heat, after 20 mins check this, now it is ready so Garnish it with some Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves.
