Potato lollipop is one of the very simple, easy and delicious Indian starter recipe. I have prepared this yum and finger clicking lollipop specially for kids and toddlers. Mainly it is prepared from various vegetables and spices. This mind blowing and good looking lollipops are really very healthy plus easy to make too. You can prepare this for your breakfast or tea time snacks or evening snacks and have it with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.

The best thing about this quick potato lollipop is that it takes very less time to cook and you can add any other veggies whichever you like is well. Usually kids don’t eat vegetables but if you make this lollipop then surely have it with joy. People love to make quick and delicious snacks and this one is best to make, you can make it for any party and I am definitely sure that your friends and guests will goanna love this. For making this you just have to mix all the veggies and spices well then dip in four slurry and roll on bread crums and finally deep fry in hot oil.

Ingredients for Potato Lollipop:

2 Boiled Potatoes.
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Cabbage.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum.
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.
2 Slices of Fresh Bread Crums.
1 Cup All Purpose Flour Slurry.
½ Cup Dry Bread Crums.
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste.
1 tsp Amchoor Powder.
Salt according to taste.
1 tbsp Oil.
Oil for deep Frying.
For garnishing Dice cut or triangle cut cabbage, capsicum, onion, coriander leaves, tomato ketchup and tooth pick.

How to Make Potato Lollipop:

Step 1.

First of all heat oil in pan, add in ginger garlic chilli paste and saute it for a minute then add in finely chopped carrot, onion, cabbage, capsicum and saute all the veggies nicely.
Now add in salt, mix well and turn the heat off, take out the veggies mixture in bowl.

Step 2.

Now grate the boiled potatoes and put in veggies mixture then add in coriander leaves, amchoor powder, fresh bread crums and mix all the things well.

Step 3.

Now make small balls from the prepared mixture, now take all purpose flour slurry in bowl, put dry bread crums in a plate and put oil for heating.

Step 4.

Now dip the balls in slurry then roll on dry bread crums and put in hot oil for deep frying, fry the balls till become nice golden brown.

Step 5.

Now take one toothpick tie triangle cut capsicum, cabbage, onion then potato lollipops and serve with mayonnaise and curd dip. (See Picture for garnishing)
